In the second phase of our project, we planning to have tailor-made 2-day in-house training’s with the whole staff of the radio-stations. One day will be reserved for content input and one day would be used for either journalistic training and/or for organizational development to strengthen management skills on all levels of the station – editorial and admin.Looking forward to great new beginnings!
